WHAT OUR CHURCH LOGO STAND FOR
The divine Spirit of God gave the overseer; Dr. Adio Obanijesu Peter, the vision for the church logo, and its interpretation.
THE BIBLE:
The Book of life and the sword of the spirit, the infallible word of God that can never be broken.
John 10:35 and should be our daily manual.
THE TWO HANDS OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST GUSHING OUT HIS PRECIOUS BLOOD OF REDEMPTION:
This typifies that it is only the sacrificial hands of our Lord and Saviour alone that can open the book of life and its seven seals.
Revelation 5:4-5
THE CALVARY CROSS:
This is a symbol of victory over sin and death on the Mount of Calvary which Jesus Christ of Nazareth performed once and forever for the whole world.
THE THREE STEPS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CROSS:
This represents the three steps one must take before coming to the knowledge of genuine salvation. These are the steps;
1. Repentance, 2. Confession, 3. Faith in Christ
THE DOVE:
This is symbolic of the gifts of God to everyone who believes in Jesus as the Lord and Saviour and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The illumination symbolises the shinning power of the spirit in a believer’s life.
THE SHIELD:
This is symbolic of overcoming triumph.
THE CROWN:
This symbolises that he who endures till the end and they that overcome shall receive the crown of glory and reign with Jesus Christ in His coming Kingdom.
THE BANNER:
It symbolises the word of warning to any of our members or to the believers in general not to look back or be tired if he/she wants to reign with Christ.
NO CROSS – NO CROWN
